Chakra Meditations
My Chakra Meditations can balance and strengthen each chakra by visualizing a white light clearing any blocks or problems. We will also visualize each chakra's vibratory color, and affirm it's meaning in our life. Stress, trauma, negative thinking block the flow of chakra energy causing loss of energy, depression, and anxiety. Healthy, balanced, chakras equal healthy bodies and emotions.
The music and messages that I have designed will be calming and loving. The technique is based on my interpretation of the spiritual vibrations that correspond to the colors and meanings of each chakra. The music for each chakra is written in the musical key corresponding to that chakra.
